The Role
Marketing Doctor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Project Manager to join an Ad Age agency named #13 Best Places to Work in the USA, and on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing US Companies for 5 years running. 

Marketing Doctor has an opening for an experienced and strategic Account Project Manager to join their overachieving team. As an Account Project Manager, you will support senior team members in managing client relationships and executing campaigns. Your enthusiasm, fast-paced work style, and growing-team interfacing skills will help in meeting expectations and contributing to their success.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in managing a portfolio of accounts and maintaining clear and open communications with clients. Understand their goals, needs, and visions to support achieving their business objectives and keep them up to date on the status of campaigns and projects.
  • Work directly in agency project management tools to ensure seamless workflow across client campaigns and projects.
  • Help manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Assist in coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist in reviewing, tracking, and organizing creative assets for campaign launches.
  • Track client performance metrics and support the creation of comprehensive reports that translate complex analytics and performance metrics into actionable insights for clients, sharing the health and areas of improvement for their campaigns.
  • Prepare for and participate in day-to-day client/internal meetings and presentations; take the lead on follow-ups including status reports, meeting notes, and next steps.
  • Effectively execute strategies, problem-solve, and manage day-to-day account work.
  • Develop and manage campaign and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with agency partners and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an agency environment, with exposure to managing clients and media-driven accounts, both digital and traditional.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Monday.com, Airtable, Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom. Outstanding organizational skills (self and team), multitasking, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Some experience in executing media campaigns and a desire to develop strategic thinking.
  • Basic understanding of media management across traditional and digital platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
