About the Opportunity: 

The IHUT (In-home Usage Testing) Fulfillment Coordinator ensures the timely and accurate fulfillment of products by managing inventory, tracking shipments, and being the primary point of contact between the client and the warehouse. The Fulfillment Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization. This role is ultimately the liaison between the warehouse and ROI’s client. 

What You’ll Do:    

• Communicate upcoming projects to the warehouse team and communicate product arrival to client.  
• Update SharePoint documents with relevant study specific information when it is available.  
• When products are received by the warehouse, counts and pictures must be provided by the warehouse and sent to the client within 24 hours of receipt.  
• Provide the warehouse with all necessary information regarding shipments, including product inserts, panelist letters, and other materials the client requests in the sample shipment.  
• Request the progress of shipments from the warehouse (when the shipments are dispatched from the warehouse and when they are delivered).   
• Integrate shipping files from the client and upload them to warehouse FTP site, ensuring the warehouse has received them without issue.  
• Work with the warehouse to respond to ad hoc requests from the client outside of standard operations and communicate findings to the client.  

What We're Looking For:   

• 2-4 years of logistics/fulfillment coordination experience, preferably in a high-volume fulfillment environment 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and French required 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to change, and maintain attention to detail.  
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.  
• Ability to travel to our warehouse in France 2-4 times/year
