About the Opportunity:

eAccountable is looking for a Performance PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Performance PR is the future of the traditional PR and affiliate industries. Through this service, we elevate brand awareness & equity through highly strategic, measurable campaigns that fuse story telling with data driven outcomes.


In this role, you will manage the day-to-day tactical execution of our clients’ Performance PR & Influencer Marketing strategies under the Affiliate team. You will work with team members to deliver exceptional client service and to meet and exceed program goals with an understanding of driving top of funnel content opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with us by developing account management skills.


What You’ll Do:

  • Client interaction- participate in client meetings including regular calls, QBRs and in-face interactions
  • Publisher outreach and recruitment- find new partners for our clients, identify strategic opportunities based on client input & needs - this can range from niche publications to top of funnel such as DotDash Meredith, The Strategist, Well + Good etc.
  • Publisher relationship development: identify publishers to optimize with; develop and grow relationships on behalf of our clients to ensure optimal performance; negotiate placements
  • Account operations: assist the team with items such as reporting, media lists, creative management, pitching/correspondence, affiliate approvals, tracking and monitoring PR placements
  • Finding influencers, onboarding them to affiliate platforms, overseeing negotiations and correspondence as needed
  • Gifting management for content partners/influencers and editors as needed
  • Support Performance PR Account Manager and Performance PR Director with all day-to-day management of client accounts
  • Support Affiliate Managers with influencer recruitment as needed

Your Experience Includes:

  • 2+ years of public relations and/or influencer marketing experience with a focus on client service
  • An understanding of affiliate/ digital marketing (it’s a plus if you have knowledge/familiarity with Affiliate Marketing and platforms such as Rakuten, Awin, CJ, Impact and/or Partnerize)
  • A deep understanding of branding and brand integrity - we work hard to find partners and opportunities that align with our clients goals and positioning
  • Experience in corresponding with press and influencers
  • Grit- you do not give up and go the extra mile for clients. A “no” is a “no for now”
  • Thrive on change: we move quickly and so does the industry; you love environments where things are always changing
  • Intrinsically motivated: we are here to support you and help you grow; those who succeed here love to push themselves and don’t require formal training and structures. Have a strong drive to hit internal and client goals.
  • Strong analytical skills: we love digging into reports and must be able to talk to clients smartly about these numbers Strong communication skills: this job requires a lot of communicating with team members, publishers, clients via email, phone, and in-person. Persuasive communication is key, as well as being able to clearly articulate strategy and recommendations
  • Extremely organized: we have a lot of moving parts and organization is key to keep them working

  • Competitive base salary + variable compensation: OTE $65,000-$75,000

  • 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
