The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager who will take full ownership of post-sale client success, ensuring seamless onboarding, continued engagement, and long-term satisfaction. In this role, you won’t just be managing accounts—you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping our clients maximize the value of our solutions. We need someone with a proactive mindset, who thrives in building relationships, solving challenges, and ensuring client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Take full ownership of client relationships post sale, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term success and satisfaction. Develop strong, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption of our services and solutions. Provide training and guidance to ensure a seamless transition and maximize client engagement.
- Proactive Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement, upsell additional services, and drive account growth by understanding their evolving business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Retention & Renewal Strategy: Drive client retention by proactively addressing concerns, ensuring continued value, and managing contract renewals with a consultative approach. Implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Act as the voice of the client internally, addressing issues and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. Ensure that all client concerns are met with urgency and professionalism.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to track client engagement, identify trends, and provide insights that drive client success and strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience, maintain alignment on client needs, and help refine service offerings.
- Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with relevant insights and maintain our position as a trusted partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within the property & casualty insurance or technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of insurance carriers and MGAs, particularly their operational challenges and business needs.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and account management tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000. Final salary offer will be based on several factors including commensurate experience, qualifications, and skills.
