As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you’ll have a vital role in engaging with homeowners, offering them free roof inspections, and educating them on how to protect their most important asset—their home. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on achieving results, and enjoys working in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses, offering free roof inspections.
• Engage and build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
• Schedule appointments for the field sales team to conduct inspections.
• Follow up on leads using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Achieve daily/weekly goals for outbound calls and appointments booked.
• Deliver excellent customer service, answering questions and educating potential clients about our services.
• Other customer service support per business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills: You love talking to people and building connections over the phone.
• Customer-first approach: You know how to keep the customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction.
• Results-driven attitude: You are excited about meeting goals and motivated by challenges.
• Organized and detail-oriented:You can manage follow-ups, track leads, and book appointments efficiently.
• Persistence and resilience: You don’t give up easily and remain positive even when faced with challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, outbound sales, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and dialing tools.
• Bonus: Experience in roofing, home improvement, or related industries is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to work from the Antipolo office.

Schedule:

Full-time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Tuesday through Saturday
