Maven Roofing is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who can balance hitting personal sales targets while developing and leading our inside sales department to consistent results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and wants to shape the future of how we sell from the inside out.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a sales quota: You’ll work inbound leads, rehashes, and digital campaigns inside HubSpot and close your own deals.
  • Lead a team: Oversee and coach our inside sales reps, ensuring they’re accountable, trained, and performing.
  • Drive process: Build and refine repeatable inside sales processes in HubSpot to improve speed-to-lead, follow-up, and close rates.
  • Collaborate across departments: Work with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs, fast response times, and clear communication.
  • Track performance: Use dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to ensure you and your team are hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • Experience coaching or managing other reps
  • Exceptional phone and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven
  • Roofing, construction, or home services background is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
