What Your Mission Is:
We’re hiring a high-energy, resilient SDR to fuel the top of the funnel for Maven and Zuper. You’ll own outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, and book high-quality discovery and demo calls for our lead sales reps. You’re creative, disciplined, and don’t take “no” for an answer—you iterate fast on messaging, test new channels, and turn attention into action.
What You'll Do:
- Pipeline generation
- Source, identify, and qualify leads across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, social, communities, facebook groups, events).
- Build targeted prospect lists and micro-segments by persona, industry, and use case.
- Run high-touch outbound sequences with personalized copy, short-form video, and social engagement.
- Qualification and handoff
- Conduct discovery to confirm pain, fit, and timeline; maintain rigorous notes in CRM.
- Book and confirm sales/demo meetings for the lead sales rep, ensuring smooth, value-rich handoffs.
- Campaigns and experimentation
- Collaborate with marketing to launch and optimize lead-gen campaigns (paid and organic).
- Test creative formats: Loom videos, Reels, short clips, and value-first content to drive replies and meetings.
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance; iterate on scripts and cadences.
- Systems and process
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene, automate workflows where possible, and ensure data integrity.
- Build and refine outreach playbooks, lead sources, and list-building frameworks.
- Coordinate calendars, confirmations, and follow-ups to reduce no-shows.
What Qualifications you MUST have:
- 1–3+ years in SDR/BDR or lead-gen role (SaaS, services, or agency preferred).
- Relentless, positive, and resourceful—handles objections and keeps moving.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills; comfortable on video and phone.
- Hands-on with CRM and outreach tools; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Creative prospector who leverages content, social, and data to open doors.
What Qualifications are Nice to Have:
- Social media management and content creation (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) to support outbound and brand-led lead gen.
- Experience with paid social campaigns and Meta Business Suite, including audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance analysis.
- CRM versatility: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Follow Up Boss, KV Core, Boomtown, Brivity, Lofty, KW Command.
- Marketing and automation tools: Zapier, API Nation, Calendly, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Buffer.
- Video creation/editing for prospecting (Loom, CapCut) and design (Canva) for personalized outreach assets.
- Website/landing page familiarity (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix) to collaborate on conversion-focused pages and forms.
- Data management, list building, and enrichment to support targeted campaigns.
