About the Role:

We're excited to offer an extremely unique opportunity for a Physician Assistant to work in a dynamic patient-centered practice that combines the healthcare models of MaxHealth-Elevate who is excited to help lead a collaborative team. In addition to a wide range of patient support service unlike what you have seen in any other primary care setting, we also are breaking the mold on how care is delivered. Our consumer forward, tech-enabled clinics are working to shed the traditional fee-for-service care delivery models so patients can receive care the way they prefer, and providers can deliver care in ways that make sense.

Responsibilities:

  • Systematically assesses patients' health status, arrives at appropriate diagnosis(es) and implements care plan for effective clinical outcomes.
  • Contributes to effective and efficient practice management policies and practices that support patient access to medical care.
  • Manages patient care through appropriate use of available resources.
  • Provides leadership for both practice and community relations.
  • Demonstrates commitment to fellow employees and the practice.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current valid medical license in the State of Texas (PA or FNP)
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas
  • Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Texas are encouraged to apply
  • Primary care or family medicine experience required
  • Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies
  • Contributes to a safe working environment
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Demonstrated leadership, teaching, evaluation and communication skills
  • Ability to influence/motivate others at all professional and administrative levels

Access to protected health information: The entire file may be accessed for the purpose of delivering comprehensive coordinated care. The employee is limited to only what information is necessary to perform the task.

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 130,000 USD per year (US)
