We’re looking for a Sales Data Analyst & Salesforce Administrator to help optimize our sales performance by leveraging data-driven insights and maintaining a high-functioning Salesforce environment.
WHO YOU ARE...
As a Sales Data Analyst & Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our Salesforce CRM, and providing strategic insights to drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, CRM administration skills, and business acumen to support our sales team’s success.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Sales Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline trends, and revenue forecasts to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.
Salesforce Administration:
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce to support sales operations.
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and automation processes within Salesforce.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing best practices for data cleansing, validation, and deduplication.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Train sales teams on best practices and new Salesforce features to enhance adoption.
- Managment and administration of other tools as assigned; Salesloft, Zoominfo, 6sense etc.
Process Optimization & Strategy:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance CRM processes, sales automation, and forecasting models.
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Assist in sales planning, quota setting, and territory management using data-driven approaches.
IDEALLY YOU’LL HAVE...
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Sales Data Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Compensation Range: Approximately $85,000 - $110,000/yr.
