JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of End to End (E2E) Operations will oversee the implementation and evolution of the E2E Operations team. She/he will oversee the operations team with day to day supervision, continuous improvement by maximizing technology to scale and grow the business and proven people development passion.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the mortgage as a solutions business for clients
- Provide guidance and subject matter knowledge for the design and development of training plans for the mortgage operations team
- Supervise the mortgage production, and KPI review and assist in reporting to executive leadership
- Develop an understanding of business concerns and develop process and improvement that provide solutions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive quality improvement in E2E Mortgage Operations
- Lead by example demonstrating and encouraging a positive and inclusive office/remote culture driven by performance, accountability and can-do attitude through show coaching
- Perform interviews to generate growth and foster inclusive work environment
- Effectively communicate client and staffing needs while balancing the needs across Maxwell
- Emulate Maxwell’s vales (ROCK’s) in your day to day work
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of LOS systems and processes (MeridianLink preferred)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Ten years of management experience in all aspects of mortgage origination, (processing, underwriting, closing & funding)
- Hands on experience in building and using pipeline management reports
- Experience directly managing large groups of staff and managers (30+)
- Experience working & managing in a remote environment for a minimum of 2 years
- Experience working in the following channels: Wholesale, Mini-Correspondent, Correspondent
