As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated - Quality Systems Engineer - to join our group.

What you'll do

• Create, maintain, and improve Quality Management System processes.
• Lead internal management system audit programs and support 3rd party audits and customer audits.
• Manage controlled documentation (SOPs / WI / Records / etc.)
• Manage the tracking of the Corrective / Preventive Management Process, working closely to support CAPA owners to successfully implement effective CAPA
• Manage the tracking of the Non-Conformance Process, working closely with NCR action owners to ensure timely closure of Non-conformances
• Manage the tracking of the Supplier Corrective Action Process, working closely with Quality Engineers to ensure timely and effective closure of SCARs
• Champion continuous improvement through the QMS.
• Collate and trend Key performance indicator data
• Conduct staff training on AS9100 requirements and QMS processes

Who you are

• Level 8 Degree in a relevant Quality/Engineering/Science related discipline
• Proven experience in Quality Systems role in a regulated environment.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001, AS9100).
• Good knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis and Lean principles to investigate andsolve problems and improve quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and workunder own initiative to targets and deadlines.
• Lead auditor qualification would be an advantage.
