Job Duties:
Fulcrum Collaborations, LLC dba MCIM by Fulcrum Collaborations in Glen Allen, VA is seeking
experienced Full Stack Salesforce Engineers to serve as a key resource in the development and evolution of our core product, MCIM, and custom client extensions. This position will work both independently and with a team to deliver high-quality software with a strong user experience and rigorous standardization for data architecture.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
Present application architecture and design solutions.
Develop, implement, and deploy new software programs based on the core MCIM product.
Test, maintain and improve software programs to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Recommend and implement improvements to software programs to drive improvements in user experience, data quality & standardization, and value-added analytics & data science.
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical & non-technical colleagues.
Conduct customer discovery, build proof of concepts and drive projects from needs assessment to production.
Perform business logic, code analysis and test cases.
Validate requirements, prototyping and functionality design.
Perform complex product design activities which may require extensive research and analysis.
Analyze and proposes data models and logical designs for enterprise application.
Research new technology and development tools to remain informed of current trends.
This position does not supervise the work of others.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or any related IT field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
1) One or more of the following core languages: Java, Python, or PHP
2) Demonstrated knowledge of version control and SDLC processes using GIT
3) Demonstrated experience with Salesforce including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, or Apex.
4) One or more of the following: API Integrations, Analytics or Machine Learning
5) Data Architecture and UI/UX design.
No travel required. Work from home (WFH) benefit available; must work in office at least 3 days a week.
