About MCIM

MCIM – The Data Center Operating System (DCOS) is a platform that simplifies the complexities of managing a data center by bringing all functions and locations under one intuitive dashboard.

MCIM started with a commission from a Fortune 100 financial institution to create a cloud computing solution for managing their global critical facilities. The team developed the MCIM platform based on the lessons learned from that project.

Today, MCIM is utilized by Fortune 100 and 500 companies in over 94 countries worldwide. This world-class solution is continuously improved through collaboration with users and industry organizations like The Uptime Institute.

We're looking for an IT Administrator to join as the second member of our IT team. You'll work

alongside our IT & InfoSec Manager and take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, managing

MCIM’s internal IT infrastructure, supporting employees across all systems and devices, and

transitioning the organization from an outsourced IT provider to a fully internally managed

environment. This individual will lead the deployment and administration of device management,

endpoint security, cloud systems, and networking tools while providing Tier 1 and Tier 2

support. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixed Windows and Mac environments, a

strong troubleshooting mindset, and the ability to independently implement scalable IT systems

and security best practices.

This isn't a "reset passwords and close tickets" role. You'll have real ownership over our

endpoint fleet, employee lifecycle processes, and IT tooling. You'll be the go-to person for

keeping our team productive and our systems running smoothly, while contributing to our ISO

27001 and SOC 2 compliance efforts.
