About the role

  • This role will supervise associate level clinical staff (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) working with San Bernardino County Dept. of Behavioral Health medi-cal beneficiaries.

What you'll do

  • Review and co-sign clinical documentation, including regular Progress Notes, Intake Forms (such as Care Necessity), Diagnoses, Treatment Plans, and Assessments.
  • Complete certification in the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment and oversee administration of this assessment tool for all DBH clients
  • Conduct regular triadic supervision meetings with associate clincians
  • Attend weekly Treatment Team Meeting, and lead the Treatment Team Meeting in the absence of the Clinical Director

Qualifications

  • Licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW and two years of experience working directly with clients
