MDB Health Services provides medical and psychiatric services to residents in long-term care facilities across Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas. As a Primary Care Provider, you will provide primary care to patients in long-term care facilities.

This includes:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Offering medication management, including prescribing and monitoring medications
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient care
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation in line with regulatory standards
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatments

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in specified location

• At least two years of experience is required

• Experience providing care to geriatric populations in long-term care settings is preferred but not required

• Excellent communication skills, especially when working with facility staff and residents' families

• Ability to manage time effectively, including flexibility in scheduling and being responsive to patient needs
