Job Summary
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist / Training Coordinator to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll help build our exceptional team of providers while coordinating training programs to set them up for success. You will have the opportunity to drive recruitment strategies and shape onboarding experiences. The 60/40 split might shift based on hiring seasons (e.g., more recruitment during expansions).
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60% of role):
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent for clinical roles, including NPs (primary, wound care, foot care, psychiatric) and LCSWs, as well as headquarters support staff.
- Source candidates through diverse channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and partner with the recruitment team to evaluate candidates using targeted behavioral and skills-based questions.
Training Coordination (40% of role):
- Organize and lead our onboarding training program for new providers at our headquarters and deliver engaging presentations and hands-on sessions.
- Create and refine training materials, including orientation slides, compliance guides, and role-specific resources, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Gather feedback s to measure training impact and make continuous improvements in onboarding and professional development.
- Support ongoing learning initiatives, such as coordinating shadowing opportunities or virtual training refreshers for field-based providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in healthcare or a fast-paced industry; familiarity with clinical roles (e.g., NPs, social workers) is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in training coordination, employee onboarding, or program facilitation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with teams and candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance is helpful but not required
