Our platform supported by our extensive clinical network of specialized MDs enables direct to consumer brands, pharmacy manufacturers, and private physician practices to seamlessly provide remote care and prescription services under their own brand. Our clinicians hold various board-certified specialty designations (i.e. women’s and men’s health, obesity, dermatology), ensuring that patients have high-quality, specialized access to MDs. This approach allows MDI via our partner customers to seamlessly provide high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care, enhancing patient experiences and outcomes nationwide.

Overview 

We are seeking a mid-level Account Executive to join our growing team.  You’ll contribute to achieving our customer acquisition targets and revenue growth objectives by exhibiting what it truly means to be a consultative salesperson, helping prospects choose our technology and network to fuel their growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and respond to assigned leads and prospects, moving them through the sales cycle, emphasizing the value that our technology solution can provide to our prospective new customers. 
  2. Develop mid funnel leads using consultative and value-based selling tactics to ensure your sales pipeline is healthy and ready to hit monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  3. Achieve and maintain appropriate activity and production levels as they relate to Key Performance Indicators (calls/emails/demos) within a given time frame. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
  4. Ensure that all new customers have a strong understanding of our processes and procedures for pricing, add-ons, and the reasoning behind our asynchronous model as they move through the sales funnel.
  5. Log and record all activity with prospects in SalesHub (HubSpot). Ensure consistent follow up and classification of leads to trigger appropriate nurture campaigns. Continually update your sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
  6. Present and maintain the MDI brand and professional image through all communication both on the phone and in person.
  7. Collaborate with your team, sharing industry and market news, sales best practices and other experiences to help the team learn, innovate and grow together.
  8. Stay current on new services and enhancements, MDI’s offerings and promotions, and active partnerships to leverage resources and provide a stellar experience for prospects.
  9. Occasionally attend tradeshows or industry events and communicate our value proposition and represent our brand with the highest degree of integrity.

Your Background 

      Strong sales acumen, with 2-4 years of sales experience in a high-volume environment focused on technology. Healthtech? Even better.

      Experience balancing outbound activities and inbound leads, and a tenacity to achieve targets and hit MRR quota.

      Familiarity with CRM databases required, Hubspot preferred, and the discipline to keep the CRM up to date for visibility and personal accountability.

      Strong written/verbal communication skills to diverse audiences via multiple mediums.

      Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus.
