To be responsible for maintaining the high standard of food and beverage service which will complement all other services at Meadowood. Position Summary:

Serve guests bread, water, and butter and provide refills as needed. Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.

Major Responsibilities & Work Activities:

Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift. · Assist with opening and closing side work. · Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift. · Promptly greet guests as they are seated and offer sparkling, still, or ice water. · Bring bread and butter to the table after the guest has ordered. · Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course. · Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dishroom and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. · Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop. · Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50 per hour + tips.

• This is the rate Meadowood Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, and other job-related qualifications. This position is eligible for service charge distributions and gratuities in accordance with company policy. Total compensation varies and is not guaranteed.
