Overview:

The Senior Talent Partner manages the full cycle recruitment program for the organization, managing talent acquisition and recruitment processes for roles across all levels of the organization.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. 

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead company talent acquisition processes across all levels of the organization, Full Cycle Recruitment is needed to be successful in this role - including , requisition management, resume screening, interviewing, interview coordination, and serving as a liaison between the hiring team and the candidate as needed to expedite processes, job offer management

  • Administer the Company’s ATS and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to best support the growth needs of the organization

  • Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor for leadership with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire

  • Partner with Senior Leadership and international search firms as appropriate

  • Identify closing strategies for offers, proactively providing candidates with the right information to help their decision as easy as possible

  • Review recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practices

  • Simplify the talent attraction process by improving systems, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience

  • Create monthly reporting using data and systems to communicate the status to key stakeholders (Senior Leaders and  SVP, People Ops

  • Lead the Exempt, Non-Exempt, Temporary, and Contractor on-boarding process

  • Collaborate and support the Talent  Management and Succession planning process across the organization

  • Evaluate all TA processes and lead the change effort toward continuous improvement and simplification

  • Collaborate and establish TA strategies to aid in the achievement of the DEIB company goals 

  • Set and determine compensation considerations, and communicate/agree with hiring manager prior to posting the role


Community Engagement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and groups; ensure Measurabl is well positioned to recruit top talent and increase diversity across the organization. Develop College relationships to build out a Measurabl internship program

  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and training programs to best position Measurabl to meet current and future human capital needs

  • Participate in external and/or host internal career fairs to ensure adequate candidate pools and increase our reach to unique and diverse groups

  • Monitor and manage company Glassdoor, Indeed, etc. pages to ensure the employer brand is well represented and reflective of culture

Education & Experience:

We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl. We understand though that knowledge comes from many forms of learning and experiences. Above all, we consider a person’s potential impact in the role and value their unique path to this point in their career.

  • 5 years of Talent Acquisition Experience in Development, IT, Engineering

  • Agency Recruitment Experience Preferred, not required. 

  • Recruitment for European positions a plus

  • Formal or informal education in Human Resources principles, organizational development, or related field

  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above 

Supervisory Responsibility:
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities

Compensation Range:

  • $104,000-$174,000 DOE and location
