Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with a strong background in design systems to join our team. If you are passionate about creating cohesive and scalable design experiences for a fast-paced innovator serving the enterprise market, we’d love to hear from you.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Design System Development: Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of our design system, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and cohesive user experience across all products.
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and leverage insights to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring that our products meet the needs of enterprise users.
Prototyping and Iteration: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, iterating on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate the effectiveness and usability of design solutions and inform additional iterations
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to imagine, test, and deliver the best design solutions
Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, particularly in B2B SaaS, and integrate new design methodologies and tools to improve our product offerings.
Education & Experience:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS products preferred
Design Systems: Proven experience in building and maintaining comprehensive design systems that scale across multiple products
Technical Skills: High proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience with design system management tools
Expertise: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the skills to clearly explain design decisions and rationale.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Initiative: Self-starter who is detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, and a team player
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and a range of completed projects.
