Overview:
This is a key role responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and system operations, including strategic planning, execution, and measurement. This role will focus on driving Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, optimizing full-funnel measurement and reporting processes, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality between key platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for website maintenance, data management and hygiene, vendor management, closed-loop lead management, setting up automations and workflows for nurture and drip campaigns. As business needs evolve, the manager will recommend new technologies as appropriate to drive growth, improve efficiency, or cut costs.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage target accounts and drive pipeline growth.
Lead the development and implementation of full-funnel measurement and reporting processes to track marketing performance and ROI across various channels and campaigns.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality between HubSpot and Salesforce, leveraging both platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Own website maintenance, optimization, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborate with other members of the marketing team on site content updates.
Manage data management and hygiene practices to ensure accurate and reliable data for marketing initiatives.
Oversee external vendors to support systems and website maintenance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
Implement closed-loop lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and reporting to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Develop real-time dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Hubspot for channel and campaign performance, providing insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Set up automations and workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce to drive lead nurturing, segmentation, and drip campaigns.
Recommend new technologies as appropriate to drive growth, improve efficiency, or cut costs, staying informed about industry trends and emerging solutions.
Education & Experience:
