About the Role:
As an Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead at Medallion, you will be responsible for fostering the career growth for your direct reports, shaping our product roadmap, and driving the technical direction of your team. You will work with leaders across the company and collaborate with talented product managers, operation managers and designers.
You'll play a critical role in building and maintaining the foundational systems that power our engineering organization. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and internal developer tooling to improve reliability, scalability, and developer velocity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and enabling others to ship high-quality software faster and safer.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering and base compensation may land between $185,000- $240,000 depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity, bonus, and benefits as part of the total compensation package. Many factors are considered when determining pay including: market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level.
