About the role:

Medallion is hiring a seasoned Director of Demand Generation to help healthcare organizations free their teams from administrative burdens. You’ll own the B2B demand generation strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to exceed company pipeline and revenue targets.

You will create, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue from our enterprise target accounts, expand our inbound efforts, and support our outbound efforts by influencing key accounts through account-based marketing. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and metrics-driven leader who is passionate about setting and executing strategy.

This role reports to our VP of Marketing and base compensation for this role may land between $150,000-$220,0000. In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity, and benefits as part of the total compensation package. Many factors are considered when determining pay including: market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and measure multi-channel integrated campaigns across various channels (digital, paid, SEO, email, social) that convert accounts within our ICP to qualified pipeline. 

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies, working closely with sales to exceed pipeline goals, including 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 account-based marketing programs, leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics.

  • Implement and optimize the funnel from awareness to conversion with targeted campaigns and experimentation rigor that improve performance at every buyer journey stage.

  • Oversee events and field marketing to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty and generate new business opportunities. 

  • Own the reporting and analytics for all demand generation efforts, focusing on ROI, pipeline contribution, and lead conversion rates. Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation, continuously testing and optimizing to improve channel performance and ROI.

  • Partner with sales leadership, aligning marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring handoff of programs and calls-to-actions, high conversion rates, and shared accountability for pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Oversee, mentor, and grow the demand generation team to scale efforts and execute with excellence.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related function within a B2B enterprise environment.

  • 3+ years of people management experience

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams. 

  • Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through strategic and operational excellence.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • An owner mindset with a proven track record of partnering across teams to exceed company pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to go from 1,000 feet as a leader to 10 feet as an executor when needed.

  • Deep expertise in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Qualified, Sendoso, SEMrush, and Asana.
