About the role

We are seeking Frontline Licensing Associates, both experienced & freshers, to process licensing applications, maintain compliance, and provide support to providers throughout the licensing process. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of licensing requirements.


Work Location & Mode:

This role is based in Hyderabad and requires the candidate to work from the office.


What you'll do

  • Licensing Application Processing:
    • Review and process licensing applications for providers across multiple states.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted documentation.
    • Track application progress and follow up on missing information.
  • Provider & Team Support:
    • Respond to provider inquiries via email or phone with professionalism.
    • Provide clear guidance on licensing requirements and next steps.
    • Escalate complex cases to the Team Leader or SME for resolution.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of licensing files and updates.
    • Ensure applications adhere to state medical board regulations.
    • Follow internal workflows and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in medical licensing or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with state medical board requirements is a plus.
