About the role

In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mission-critical positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, prioritize roles, and develop innovative solutions for hiring challenges. Additionally, you will act as a strategic partner, advising on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruiting. This position may evolve into a full-time role based on performance and the needs of the team.

This role reports to our Senior Talent Partner and base compensation is between $40-$52 per hour. 


Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from our first touchpoint with candidates to closing them in partnership with the hiring manager. 
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline across various roles.
  • Manage your own requisition load, including sourcing, screening, and making offers to candidates.
  • Weekly pipeline reporting to hiring managers. 
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for hiring needs.
  • Drive hiring decisions with your hiring managers. You’ll act as a sounding board and guide through our candidate debriefs post onsites and help the hiring team make a final decision.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • 1+ year of technical recruiting experience 
  • 1+ year experience in recruiting within a startup
  • Experience filling roles at all levels
  • Experience being a true business partner advising hiring managers
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering recruiting projects that elevated the overall hiring process. .
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • A data-oriented approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to improve talent processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
