About the role

Enablement is a critical part of growing our organization and this role will be a founding member of our Enablement function. You should have a passion for strategy, client services, product management and strive to create the best-in-class client experiences and effective solutions that address client pain-points and enable the sales teams to articulate the value of our products cohesively.


The role will be revenue-focused, working in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operation teams to develop programming that aligns with sales strategies to drive revenue outcomes. This includes decreasing new hire ramp time, increasing product proficiency, and increasing rep productivity rates.


The Sales Enablement Manager will have experience building online (self-learning) and virtual instructor-led curriculums for GTM teams using a LMS and CMS. You will be responsible for creating innovative content and materials on topics like sales process/methodology, products, forecasting and reporting systems, policies and processes, etc. that can be delivered through different methods. The Enablement Manager will build not just our GTM onboarding, but also our continuous education practice. 


This role reports to the VP of Revenue & GTM and compensation for this role may land between $125K-$180K. In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity and benefits as part of the total compensation package. Many factors are considered when determining pay including: market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level.

What you'll do

  • You will create, design and execute enablement initiatives for our GTM teams, for both self-paced learning and SME-led training

  • Develop and implement new hire onboarding, ongoing development and certification programs for our sales, business development and customer success teams including: facilitation, content creation, processes, practices, and tools needed to enable success

  • Develop metrics and reporting to demonstrate effectiveness and return on investment for key programs

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that tie initiatives directly to business metrics such as revenue growth, Annual Contract Value (ACV), and customer retention and expansion metrics

  • Establish trusted relationships with internal cross-functional partners and be able to effectively integrate and facilitate cross-functional collaborations towards common goals

  • Utilize creative techniques and various delivery mechanisms to reach a distributed GTM organization

  • You will iterate/maintain enablement materials as necessary

  • Identify risks, issues and go-to-market/sales dependencies proactively and effectively communicating to stakeholders and following through resolution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement role with an emphasis on client management, growth, onboarding, business planning and marketing

  • Experience leading B2B enterprise enablement programs in a remote setting

  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • You have experience with developing new enablement curriculum and collateral for instructor-led and self-directed learning modules

  • Experience working with internal product and marketing teams to create and package high-value content, field tools

  • Able to effectively integrate and facilitate cross-functional collaborations to ensure alignment and support for enablement initiatives

  • Highly organized with effective time management, project management and prioritization skills and ability to manage shifting priorities and compressed timelines

  • You excel at managing multiple projects at once, prioritization, have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized

  • You have an ability to assess enablement effectiveness and contribute data demonstrating performance improvements
