About the Role:
As a Product Operations Manager, you are the glue that ties product, operations, customer success, analytics, and finance together. You will actively partner with these teams to maximize impact on KPIs. You’ll own instrumentation, process design, internal tooling, and the delivery of automation (in partnership with EPD) to improve throughput, quality, and predictability in your product. You understand the critical path for production delivery with Medallion better than anyone else and quantify every aspect of this journey. You bring this understanding to others through detailed metrics and reporting and use existing tools and ad hoc scripting to address any gaps and bottlenecks.
For this position base compensation may land between $130,000-$170,000. In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity, and benefits as part of the total compensation package. Many factors are considered when determining pay including: market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level.
