We’re profitable, bootstrapped, growing over 40% year-on-year, and we are looking for exceptional 🅰️-Players to help bring our vision to life.

P.S. Research shows that in order to apply for a job, women feel they need to meet 100% of the criteria while men usually apply after meeting 60%. Regardless of how you identify, if you believe you can do the job and are a good match, we encourage you to apply.

LOCATION:

PH remote - working UK hours with twice yearly team meet-ups.

YOUR MISSION (SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT)

We are MEDDICC, a software and media company that works around the world’s best GTM methodology.

We are looking for a Production and Social Coordinator to take the keys to our brand and our Founder’s personal brand. We have a team obsessed with creating world-class content; we just need the missing puzzle piece to manage the flow of creative assets, handle post-production coordination, and ensure every deliverable hits our social platforms with maximum impact.

WHO EVEN ARE YOU?:

You eat, sleep, and breathe social media and post-production. You are a forward-thinking trend-spotter who has a Craving to stay on top of all social platform trends but predominately LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You don’t just post content; you manage the ‘content factory’ floor with high-level organizational and project management skills.

  • You have the Curiosity to obsessively learn our industry and the Creativity to "riff" with our Media producer on new ideas.
  • You Crave Process: You want to be part of a team that demands engagement and a world-class post-production division.
  • You have Clock Speed: You move fast and with quality, burning through trends because you’re using them before they’re even cool.
  • You are a master coordinator: You thrive on managing upload schedules and the "traffic control" of media assets from edit to post.

WHAT WE’LL GIVE YOU:

A job.

OK OK… there’s more, that was just a test to see if you were someone with high demands. You passed the test, phew! Thought we lost you for a second there.

We’ll give you:

  • The Tools of the Trade: All the tech you need—social media tools, project management software, and access to Netflix-approved content.
  • Access to the Best: Unlimited access to the brightest minds in GTM and a high-energy environment where your creative ideas are actually heard.
  • Growth: A seat in a fast-growing media house where your operational discipline directly impacts our $10MARR goal.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO:

  1. Manage the ‘Content Factory’ Floor: Handle the post-production coordination for the media team, ensuring assets move through the pipeline and hit their deadlines.
  2. Own the Schedule: Manage the master upload schedule and handle the posting across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  3. Riff and Create: Use your Curiosity to bring new ideas to our Social Media producer. You’ll experiment with hooks, formats, and trends to see what flies.
  4. Adopt the Voice: Work alongside our media leadership to learn the voice and cadence of our Founder, helping to build the industry’s most influential personal brand.

PLEASE DON’T APPLY IF:

  • You think social media is just about posting content.
  • You lack Curiosity. If you aren’t obsessively learning about the algorithm, production processes and our industry, MEDDICC is not for you.
  • You want comfort instead of challenge.
  • You shy away from new ideas.

THE FINAL WORD:

Our culture isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for a comfortable role where you won’t be challenged, scroll on. But if you are done with ‘good enough’ and have a burning desire to do the best work of your career in an environment that demands it, we’d love to talk to you.

IMPORTANT: Research shows that women often feel they need to meet 100% of the criteria to apply, while men apply at around 60%. Regardless of how you identify, if this role excites you and you believe you can do the job, we strongly encourage you to apply.
