We are looking for

We're hiring a Tech Lead (AI/ML) to architect and deliver cutting-edge AI features using AWS Bedrock and the latest in LLM, MLOps, and cloud-native tooling. This is more than just a leadership role—it’s a chance to shape the future of our AI capabilities and build systems that power real product impact at scale.

How we will measure success

We’re hiring for impact. This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to “create features” - it’s for someone who wants to move the needle. You’ll be measured on the core growth metrics that matter most to us, including:

• % Completion of milestones - 90% of planned milestones hit by Q4 2025.
• Model Performance Metrics - ≥ 90% precision and recall on production data.
• User Satisfaction – ≥80% positive user feedback after post-launch
• Adoption rate – 60% of active users engage within 1 month of release
• Latency & Scalability – <500ms average inference time with 98% uptime

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions using AWS Bedrock and related AI services
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized ML pipelines — from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
• Make strategic decisions on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimization
• Establish best practices for AI development workflows, including testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
• Integrate AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Textract, Rekognition, and Transcribe into product features
• Implement robust MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met across all AI systems
• Mentor ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a high-performance and learning-oriented culture
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align AI development with business priorities
• Define and maintain roadmaps for AI capability growth and technical debt management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• 2+ years of experience using AWS Bedrock and AWS AI services in production
• Deep experience with Python and modern ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with AWS tools: SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and CloudFormation/CDK
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Strong foundation in MLOps best practices — automated pipelines, model serving, monitoring
• Proven leadership experience managing AI/ML teams and delivering production-grade systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks

Nice to haves

• AWS certifications (Machine Learning Specialty, Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding-based search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Understanding of AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
• Experience with multi-modal AI applications (text, image, voice)
• Background in industry-specific AI applications (e.g., fintech, healthtech, edtech)
• Experience optimizing costs in large-scale AI workloads on AWS
