What You'll Do
- Architect the MEDDICC Standard: Design end-to-end learning journeys that do not just inform but transform behavior.
- Codify the Experts: Partner with our subject matter experts to deconstruct their intuition. Extracting the signal from the noise and building it into scalable, high-impact learning.
- Orchestrate the Production: Collaborate with our Media and Product teams to deploy high-quality assets. You ensure every pixel and every second of content serves the learning objective.
- Turn Best Practice to Common Practice: We know what best practice is in our industry; you know what makes it stick. Together we will turn best practice into common practice.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze user behavior and feedback to ruthlessly improve our products. If it doesn’t stick, you iterate until it does.
Qualifications
- A Portfolio of Impact: 3-5 years of experience is the baseline, but we care more about what you have built. Show us online academies, customer education portals, or high-stakes training programs where you defined the user experience.
- Applied Behavioral Science: You understand adult learning not as academic theory, but as a tool to change behavior. You know how to make complex concepts stick.
- Master of Simplification: You have a professional ability to distill chaos into clarity. You can take a 30-minute rambling expert interview and turn it into a sharp, actionable 3-minute module.
- Tech-Native Builder: You don't just use LMS tools; you push them to their limits. You are comfortable defining requirements for Product teams and hacking solutions to get the result you want.
- High Clock Speed: You possess elite mental agility. You don't wait for a perfect plan; you ship early drafts, gather feedback immediately, and iterate your way to perfection.
- Stakeholder Command: You have the confidence to manage up and sideways, pulling insights from busy experts and end-users alike.
How We Will Measure Success
You’ll be measured on the learning outcomes that matter most to our product success, including:
- Binge-Worthy Engagement: You will not just measure "clicks." You will drive a measurable uplift in end-to-end completion (Target: +10–20% uplift). We want users addicted to the progress.
- Seamless Learning Flows: Every program you touch has a logical, intuitive sequence. Success means zero friction between the user's intent to learn and their ability to execute.
- Production Velocity: You reduce the time it takes to go from "Idea" to "Live." You establish a consistent framework that speeds up future updates and allows us to ship faster than the market.
