The B2C unit is currently tracking toward ~$1.1M revenue next year. That is happening on autopilot. Without a dedicated leader. Without a refined funnel.
We are looking for the Pilot.
We need a General Manager / Head of Consumer Growth to take full ownership of this P&L. You aren't here to "run campaigns." You are here to build a startup inside a winning machine.
YOUR MISSION
- Your job is to take the B2C revenue from $1.1M to $10M+. You will build a high-velocity engine that:
- Captures the massive organic traffic our Media team generates.
- Converts individuals into Members through world-class positioning and funnels.
- Bridges the gap, turning individual users into our biggest B2B champions
THE ASSETS YOU INHERIT
- The Revenue: A seven-figure run rate from Day 1.
- The Brand: The most respected name in the industry.
- The Media Engine: A team that produces world-class content daily. You don’t have to create the noise; you just have to capture the signal.
- The Autonomy: You own the strategy, the budget, the experimentation roadmap, and the outcome.
THE DNA OF THE HIRE (OUR C8 TRAITS)
- We don’t care about your tenure; we care about your trajectory.
- CRAFT: You understand that growth is a system, not a hack. You obsess over copy, UX, lifecycle design, and unit economics. You don't guess; you test.
- CRAVING: You aren't looking for a "job." You want to build an empire. You see the $1.1M base and get annoyed that it isn't $5M yet.
- CLOCK SPEED: You move fast. You ship, you break, you fix, you learn. You prefer raw data over polished slide reports.
- COACHABILITY: You thrive on radical transparency. You can give hard feedback to the CEO, and you can take it. "Toes" don't exist here, only the truth.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Own the P&L: Set the strategy, manage the budget, and report on the "Consumer Unit" profitability.
- Fix the Funnel: Reimagine the customer journey from "Who are you?" to "Here is my credit card."
- Experiment Relentlessly: Build a testing culture. A/B test pricing, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Position for Velocity: Crack the code on getting individual reps to expense the Membership to their companies (B2B2C).
