We are looking for


Demand Generation Manager

Remote | Full-Time | Reporting to CMO


At MEDDICC, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to turn our strong brand and rich content ecosystem into a powerful demand engine.


This is a hands-on role for a marketer who knows how to connect content and data to drive measurable growth. You’ll own how we activate across inbound and nearbound, using our existing brand authority, content and channels to generate, capture and convert demand.


You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Revenue team to identify the highest-intent signals, refine audience targeting, and test what messaging truly resonates across segments. From there, you’ll build and optimize multi-channel campaigns, spanning paid and organic - designed to fuel the pipeline with qualified demand.


Your work will bridge brand and performance: partnering with our CMO and creative team to bring MEDDICC’s media-first approach to life across acquisition and activation.


We’re a fully remote team, but we work closely together - often from our best-in-class studio in Cambridgeshire, where we host team and department offsites.



How we will measure success


We’re hiring for impact. This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to “run campaigns” - it’s for someone who wants to move the needle. You’ll be measured on the core growth metrics that matter most to us, including:

  • Inbound pipeline – volume and quality of leads that convert to pipeline
  • Conversion rates – across the full funnel, from visitor to lead, lead to customer
  • Channel performance – effectiveness and ROI of our acquisition mix

You’ll also have the autonomy to define and track additional growth KPIs that align with your strategy. We’re looking for someone who is not just comfortable with accountability, but thrives on it.



What you'll do


Demand Strategy & Activation

  • Execute and evolve MEDDICC’s inbound and nearbound demand strategy, connecting content, campaigns and channels to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with the CMO to translate messaging and brand direction into actionable campaigns that generate and capture demand.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue and Sales teams to build targeted ABM programs that align with key accounts and revenue goals.


Pipeline Generation & Conversion

  • Build and optimise full-funnel programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Identify high-intent signals and create audience-specific campaigns to accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Work closely with Sales and Media teams to test and refine messaging, creative, and targeting for maximum impact.
  • Partner with the web team to improve lead flow, conversion rates and user experience.


Insight & Optimisation

  • Use a data-led approach to analyse performance, run experiments and continuously optimise campaign outcomes.
  • Report on key demand metrics, from MQLs to pipeline contribution, bringing visibility to what’s working and where to double down.
  • Leverage attribution tools and analytics platforms to inform budget allocation and decision-making.


Research & Market Intelligence

  • Stay close to customer insights and market trends to inform segmentation, targeting, and campaign positioning.
  • Partner with Sales to analyse win/loss data and feedback loops to identify new levers for demand creation.
  • Keep a pulse on competitors’ GTM strategies and discover opportunities for differentiation.


Collaboration & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with Media and Sales to bring demand programs to life from concept to launch.
  • Brief creative teams with clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Move fast, communicate clearly and ensure every touchpoint aligns with pipeline and revenue objectives

Qualifications

  • Experience in a demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing role (ideally in SaaS or B2B sales).
  • Proven ability to drive and report on pipeline impact.
  • Experience building inbound and nearbound programs that balance paid and organic channels.
  • Strong understanding of ABM.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, attribution, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to turn insights into action and action into measurable results.
  • A collaborative mindset and bias for impact over noise.
  • Experience with Nearbound strategies, understanding signal/intent
