We are looking for
Demand Generation Manager
Remote | Full-Time | Reporting to CMO
At MEDDICC, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to turn our strong brand and rich content ecosystem into a powerful demand engine.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who knows how to connect content and data to drive measurable growth. You’ll own how we activate across inbound and nearbound, using our existing brand authority, content and channels to generate, capture and convert demand.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Revenue team to identify the highest-intent signals, refine audience targeting, and test what messaging truly resonates across segments. From there, you’ll build and optimize multi-channel campaigns, spanning paid and organic - designed to fuel the pipeline with qualified demand.
Your work will bridge brand and performance: partnering with our CMO and creative team to bring MEDDICC’s media-first approach to life across acquisition and activation.
We’re a fully remote team, but we work closely together - often from our best-in-class studio in Cambridgeshire, where we host team and department offsites.
