About the role
Medicom is looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to expand our network and engage with healthcare organizations. This role is essential in connecting potential users to Medicom’s platform by guiding them through our unique, non-revenue sales cycle. The CSP will collaborate closely with Support, Implementation, and Sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
