Medicom is actively seeking a dynamic and metrics-driven Head of Marketing with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, closely aligning marketing efforts with sales goals, and strengthen the Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion to enhance revenue.
What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Provide strategic direction for brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.
Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Drive brand awareness and recognition, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales enablement materials and improve conversion rates by 15% through sales and marketing alignment.
Partner with the product team to deeply understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for successful product launches.
Oversee the creation of engaging and valuable content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more by producing 4 high-impact content pieces per month.
Ensure content aligns with target audience needs and supports SEO objectives.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization. Deliver a minimum ROI of 4:1 on digital campaigns within 6 months.
Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility. Generate 20% of the new business pipeline from these events annually.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
Monitor expenses and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting strategic and tier 4 accounts, with a measurable impact on the sales pipeline.
Expand market presence by increasing brand awareness by 25% in key markets within the first year.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Deep understanding of marketing in a SaaS environment.
Ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive marketing decisions and strategies.
Strong background in healthcare IT is highly desirable.
Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Experience with demand generation, product marketing, and digital marketing.
Proven experience in leading a high-performing marketing team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms that leverage inbound marketing.
Creative thinker with a track record of innovation in marketing.
The pay range for this role is:
180,000 - 225,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
