About the Role:
As the Vice President of Engineering, you will be responsible for managing the execution of diverse civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with leadership to expand the department, recruit top talent, and implement systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence. This role also involves engaging with clients, fostering strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to elevate Menadier Engineering's presence in the civil engineering market.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Establish and grow the Civil Engineering Department, playing a key role in recruiting and shaping a talented team of engineers.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture within the department, empowering team members to excel professionally.
• Manage the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as one of the primary points of contact for engineering matters.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Menadier Engineering's market presence and client base.
• Oversee permitting processes and ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership in areas such as stormwater and drainage design, traffic engineering, and utility infrastructure planning.

What We're Looking For:

• A Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in stormwater and drainage design, traffic engineering, and utility infrastructure planning.
• A deep understanding of permitting processes and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in engineering and design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and future team members.
