We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic and supportive team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions (individual, group, and family) to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Offer crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring HIPAA and organizational compliance.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant methods.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state of practice (multi-state licensure is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or related fields.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home office.
