This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role (minimum 30 hours per week) as your caseload grows.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
- Proof of current enrollment or transcripts/graduated from an accredited PhD or PsyD program for Clinical Psychology.
- Registered as a Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology, or eligible to register within two months of signing an offer letter
- Board approval must be obtained prior to beginning supervision (providing services without approval is considered an unlicensed practice)
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Attendance at all required training and supervision sessions
- Eligibility to become credentialed with insurance panels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, or couples
- Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR is preferred but not required
