This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role (minimum 30 hours per week) as your caseload grows.

This role is ideal for clincians seeking the independence of private practice combined with the stability, support, and collaboration of a group setting. Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
  • Proof of current enrollment or transcripts/graduated from an accredited PhD or PsyD program for Clinical Psychology.
  • Registered as a Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology, or eligible to register within two months of signing an offer letter
  • Board approval must be obtained prior to beginning supervision (providing services without approval is considered an unlicensed practice)
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Attendance at all required training and supervision sessions
  • Eligibility to become credentialed with insurance panels




Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, or couples
  • Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR is preferred but not required
