✅ What You’ll Do
- Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance and administrative work
- Act as a junior assistant to the CFO, supporting both professional and operational priorities
- Help maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, cash tracking, and simple financial analysis
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for finance and leadership meetings
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams
- Jump into ad-hoc projects across finance, operations, and the broader business
- Follow up on open items and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Learn how a growing business operates from the inside
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how senior leaders operate while building strong executive, financial, and operational foundations.
