✅ What You’ll Do

• Submit claims promptly and manage denials or appeals to maximize clean collections
• Review and improve coding accuracy in collaboration with providers and internal documentation teams
• Identify reimbursement gaps and implement process improvements to increase collections
• Track and report key revenue cycle metrics, flagging risks or opportunities for operations teams and product development
• Serve as a bridge between practices and Meroka’s product team, surfacing recurring billing challenges that should be addressed in our platform
• Ensure billing activities comply with payer guidelines, healthcare regulations, and documentation standards
• Partner with practice teams to answer billing questions and unblock workflows quickly

• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with providers, staff, and product managers
• Upholds compliance standards and ensures billing integrity while maximizing financial performance

🌍 Additional Notes

• This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
