The Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in setting up new client communities on the MeterNet platform. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and clients to ensure accurate data entry, smooth transitions, and exceptional service throughout the onboarding process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with clients to verify and ensure accuracy of onboarding data.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding spreadsheets, reports, and client documentation.
  • Set up new communities in billing systems, coordinate meter readings, and create welcome materials.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Service, and Billing teams to support seamless transitions.
  • Maintain internal documentation and continuously look for ways to improve onboarding processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in data-driven or administrative roles using Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to improve systems and support others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.

Schedule & Location
This role is onsite in our Fallbrook, CA office on a 4/10 schedule . Enjoy three-day weekends while supporting a company that’s growing across multiple states in the utility services industry.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a quantitative position utilizing Excel.

The pay range for this role is:

22 - 24 USD per hour (Fallbrook Office)
