Business Development Operations Specialist, Remote (PST) 


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Operations Specialist to enhance our sales operations, drive efficiency, and support our team in achieving success in the sub-metering industry. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

As a Business Development Operations Specialist, you’ll: 

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Engage, and NetSuite to support tailored submetering sales operations. 
  • Design and implement workflows to streamline sales processes and boost team productivity. 
  • Assist with lead generation, data analysis, and reporting to drive sales performance. 
  • Support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards. 
  • Create compelling sales literature, presentations, and marketing materials. 
  • Maintain accurate sales data and performance metrics. 
  • Train and support the sales team on tools and best practices. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations. 
  • Develop Excel-based calculators and tools to support sales strategies. 
  • Assist with API implementation to integrate sales tools and systems. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales operations or business development, ideally in submetering or multi-family construction. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Engage, and NetSuite. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and contract negotiation. 
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. 
  • Advanced Excel skills, including building calculators and data analysis. 
  • Experience designing and creating sales materials and presentations. 
  • Knowledge of API functionality and implementation. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the submetering or multi-family construction industry. 
  • Salesforce certification or similar tool expertise. 
  • Familiarity with additional sales and marketing tools.

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
