The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership.


Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office


With a growing company comes a growing team full of innovative people. The Production Manager executes and delivers quality and on time product including cost negotiation, factory placement and production. The Production Manager ensures the flow of information from pre-production through production. This position reports to the Senior Director of Production


What You'll Do

  • Negotiate and finalize costing and delivery  
  • Post pre-production hand-off with suppliers
  • Effectively communicate all potential risks to the timeline with team lead
  • Issue POs & manage PO log
  • Create and manage a raw material library in Centric
  • Maintain and update WIP every week; communicate to CFT as needed
  • Source, develop, and negotiate all internal packaging & trim
  • Monitor factory adherence to the vendor manual and chargeback agreements
  • Work with planning to get and distribute all suppliers' projections to secure factory capacity 
  • Engage and facilitate daily communication with vendors to address all production-related issues
  • Initiate production fabric and garment testing, when applicable 
  • Lead weekly WIP meetings with factory partners to ensure transparency on timelines, quality standards, and troubleshoot any pending issues
  • Work with third party and MeUndies QCs to ensure first quality production and shipping
  • Own Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and present to vendors - new
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Work with cross-functional teams, defining the needs of each department.

What You Have

  • B.A or equivalent 
  • 7+  years of experience in production, preferably imports
  • Strong understanding of development and production calendars
  • Advanced understanding of garment composition and quality control
  • In depth analytical skills for apparel cost sheets 
  • Versed in managing a robust supplier base; fabric, trims, and manufacturing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasis on international relationships
  • High attention to detail and deadline driven
  • Strong organization skills
  • Advanced Excel & G suite proficiency
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities


The base salary range for this full-time position is $106,200 -$125,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
