As a Senior NetSuite Engineer, you will architect and develop our backend process for automation and data integrations to ensure our overall processes are efficient and accurate. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for owning the month-end revenue cycle close process and reconciling transactions between Solidus (our storefront) and NetSuite in a timely manner. This position is a cross-functional role where you will have an impact not only on the backend system but overall customer experience from end to end.


What You'll Do

  • Lead Netsuite Systems Administrator and Developer will be responsible for administering and continued improvement of the NetSuite ERP system at MeUndies
  • Support the data architecture for the ERP application as it relates to Production, Fulfillment, Order Management, Finance, and Accounting
  • Identify opportunities and develop solutions for complex accounting / operations-related problems. Create, Maintain, & Optimize existing NetSuite customizations
  • Own and maintain NetSuite Codebase and ETL Dataflows 
  • Build new data integrations from the ground up
  • Lead in issue resolution and root cause analysis within the NetSuite ecosystem, evaluating both upstream and downstream impacts
  • Evangelize the NetSuite solution to both non-technical financial and accounting audiences and technical professionals
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration and system performance, including staying ahead of regular NetSuite feature releases and functionality to allow the organization to leverage feature improvements
  • Design, configure NetSuite billing / contract reboot, revenue arrangement to meet company needs and support self-service data integrations related to Billing, etc 
  • Development of Scripts and Workflows to Enhance NetSuite 
  • Interface with business users to drive solutions in a timely manner 
  • Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested

What You Have

  • The ideal candidate has experience leading NetSuite Billing / SuiteCommerce (eCommerce) and its associated functions to improve operations and customer experience 
  • Should have strong domain expertise in the Finance, Ordering and Inventory Management capabilities 
  • The ideal candidate will conceptualize business needs and can formulate solutions from both the technical and business points of view 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Information Systems, or Engineering) 
  • Strong experience in improving processes and systems to increase customer experience 
  • 9+ years' experience with NetSuite's customization platform, including SuiteScript (V1 and V2), Suiteflow, Suitetalk and SuiteBuilder, SuiteCommerce 
  • Experience in optimizing Billing, Inventory / Order management modules 
  • Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of object-oriented programming 
  • Experience administering and customizing NetSuite OneWorld Edition 
  • Strong relationship building and excellent spoken & written communication skills 
  •  Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to create work relationships across multiple areas, engaging with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers, their teams, and other employees. 
  • Ability to identify and prioritize activities for Team members. 
  • Ability to motivate, guide, and develop Team members. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Information Systems, or Engineering). 
  • PMP certified is preferred 
  • Preferred NetSuite Certifications for this role:  
    • SuiteFoundation Certification
    • Application Developer Certification
    • Web Services Developer Certification
  •  Additional Certifications Considered:
    • SuiteCloud Developer Certification
    • Administrator Certification
    • ERP Consultant or Financial User Certification


The base salary range for this full-time position is $148,750 -$201,250. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
