Key Responsibilities:
- Strategist:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Supply Chain Planning practice for North America, leveraging internal knowledge, Miebach Global Planning Center of Excellence, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.
- Develop the strategic roadmap and annual business plan for the North American Supply Chain Planning practice, including financial forecasting, to ensure growth and alignment with company objectives.
- Client Champion:
- Cultivate high-profile relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor and solutions provider.
- Proactively build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through client engagement and market insights.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address their unique supply chain challenges, delivering strategic solutions that enhance their operations.
- Identify and integrate leading-edge software technologies to optimize planning processes
- Project Leadership:
- Spearhead large-scale supply chain planning projects, ensuring successful execution and delivering tangible results.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve alignment and ensure transparency across departments.
- Lead and contribute to the monthly S&OP process, driving continuous improvement and optimizing demand forecasting.
- Team Builder & Mentor:
- Build a high-performing team of Supply Chain Planning specialists, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Develop and curate a comprehensive knowledge base for the team, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and expertise sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning (S&OP) processes and best practices.
- Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of experience in S&OP, forecasting, advanced planning software, policy development, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Consulting experience a plus.
- Master's degree a plus.
