As a Consultant in Supply Chain Modeling at our newest office in Fishers, Indiana, you will have a vital role in crafting and implementing advanced supply chain models to meet our clients' specific needs. Your expertise in commercial software, scripting, and data science will be instrumental in optimizing network, transportation, and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Modeling: Develop supply chain models using commercial software for Network, Transportation, and Inventory Optimization.

• Scripting and Data Science: Harness the power of Python to script supply chain models, employing methods in operations research and data science, including Optimization, Simulation, Statistical, and Machine Learning.

• Data Modeling and Manipulation: Engage in data modeling using scripting, database manipulation, and business intelligence software.

• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to comprehend their business requirements, identify data prerequisites, and formulate strategies that deliver tangible value.

• Solution Identification: Identify opportunities derived from the models, define solution alternatives, and calculate benefits to the integrated supply chain.

• Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field from a US or Canada accredited school.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain design and modeling, with a proven track record of addressing complex supply chain challenges.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Coupa Supply Chain Design, AIMMS, Riverlogic, or similar modeling software, as well as mathematical programming tools.
• Consulting Experience: Prior consulting experience is a valuable asset.
