About the role


Biddable Media Planner is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns primarily across paid search, with a working knowledge of paid social platforms.  Focusing on campaign planning, budget allocation, keyword research, and creative optimization, and performance analysis to achieve client marketing goals, essentially managing all aspects of "paid media" through Self-Serve platforms.


What you'll do

  • Daily Budget Pacing: Meticulously review and monitor platform and campaign budgets daily to ensure optimal pacing and prevent over/underspending.
  • Paid Search Campaign Launch: Execute the launch of new paid search campaigns from start to finish, including:
    • Thorough keyword research and selection.
    • Crafting compelling and effective ad copy.
    • Structuring efficient and logical ad groups.
  • Paid Search Optimization: Continuously optimize paid search campaigns for maximum performance, including:
    • Performing regular keyword optimizations (e.g., adding negatives, adjusting bids).
    • Conducting ad copy quality reviews and A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
    • Adjusting bids, audience targeting, and other campaign settings to improve KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads experience is a must).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies to internal teams.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.

 

The pay range for this role is:

$54,000 - 63,000 USD per year (New York Office)
