About the role


The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests of the apartment building experience exceptional service, comfort, and convenience. This position is responsible for providing personalized assistance, managing requests, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling a variety of tasks ranging from managing deliveries and reservations to coordinating building services and addressing resident inquiries.


Position Hours: 
Part time

Weekend shifts Sat/Sun from 7:00am-3:30pm plus occasional fill ins if available.


How you will be successful

  • Greet residents and guests as they enter the building
  • Answer phone calls with courtesy and route to the appropriate associate as needed.
  • Ensure amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • Manage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
  • Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs
  • Assist other tasks as assigned by the property manager
  • Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
  • Abide by Mills policies and procedures and laws pertaining to Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.

What you need

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid drivers license and proof of insurance preferred
  • Previous concierge or guest services experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
