Mills Roofing Inc. is looking for a motivated and outgoing driving Sales Representative Inspector to join our team in Sparks, NV!

We are seeking a personable, effective communicator to build and maintain relationships while working within established guidelines. This role requires a fast-paced, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple people and tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and support others, ensuring that policies, programs, and systems are communicated clearly and followed accurately. If managing others, the ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain positive relationships is key. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly, correctly, and on time are essential.

Pay: Dependent on experience

Full-Time, Non-Exempt - 40 hours minimum 

Typical hours: Hours Vary. 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, although adjustments may occur based on business demands and seasonal fluctuations.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to efficiently coordinate onsite roof inspections.
• Proactively contact customers via phone and email to confirm inspection times and provide exceptional customer service.
• Accurately manage and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with customer details, project information, and status updates.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of roofing projects to document conditions and share with customers for clarity and decision-making.
• Provide clear, detailed, and accurate project estimates based on-site assessments and customer requirements.
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings to review ongoing projects, share updates, and contribute to goal-setting.
• Safely operate company vehicles to travel to and from inspection sites, ensuring punctuality and adherence to safety standards.
• Set up roof access ladders with attention to safety protocols, ensuring secure and efficient inspections.
• Navigate roofs safely and efficiently to assess conditions and verify measurements using company-approved techniques and tools.
• Perform precise roof measurements and inspections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Adhere to company processes and procedures to complete inspections and tasks in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
• Represent the company at home shows and industry events, promoting services, generating leads, and strengthening customer relationships.
• Additionally, the role may involve other responsibilities and duties as required to support the success of the team and the organization

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales is required, with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive results.
• Solid background in roofing or construction is required, with knowledge of industry practices and terminology.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Experience with Acculynx or similar roofing software is preferred.
• Ability to work extended shifts, including daily hours exceeding eight hours, as needed in the field.
• Physical capability to navigate stairs, ladders, and roofs, as well as lift, move, and carry equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
• Strong motor vehicle operation skills with a valid NV driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent manual dexterity for operating office equipment, including computer keyboards and related devices.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
