About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript, XML, with additional skills in HTML, CSS, JSON and experience with no/low code platforms being preferred. This role involves analyzing technology trends, developing solutions, and supporting various technology initiatives within the organization.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain internal and SaaS applications using JavaScript, XML, JSON, and custom configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Implement and optimize HTML and CSS for web interfaces.
  • Utilize no/low code platforms to streamline development processes.
  • Analyze and document technology trends and provide insights to improve business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the integration of new technologies and systems.
  • Collaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Participate in agile ceremonies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited four-year college in computer science, information science, information technology, or a related field.
  •  1-3 years of experience in software development, technology analysis, or related role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and XML.
  • Familiarity with JSON, HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with no/low code platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.


Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Certification in relevant technologies or platforms.
  • Experience with Origami as a policy administration system.
  • Experience with modular and microservice based architecture.
  • Experience with Underwriting Workbenches and Automated Submission ingestion.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Property & Casualty insurance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

Additional Information

This is a remote position. Planned, in-office activities may be required on occasion (typically 2-4x per year).
