Role and Responsibilities
- Process daily, weekly and monthly reports: Driver Listing, driver miles, fuel report, UPS healthcare, & spirits.
- ELD edits, training & compliance
- HOS training with drivers & dispatch
- Processing CDL drivers; application, background (work and criminal), medical certificate, drug screen, PSP, Interviews, solo test, enrollment forms, orientation, payroll, comdata cards, direct deposit, & insurance.
- Training board for new hires from school, set up passports and endorsements
- Permits: Spirit loads, packets for dispatch, renewals, Oregon
- Terminations: Letters, emails & exit interviews
- Accidents and claims
- Assist Drivers with processing P Points orders & send out emails
- On Call as scheduled
- Will train & assist Deanna as needed with Workers Comp.
- Quarterly MVR’s for all drivers
- Other duties as assigned by management
